We aim to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining product quality and accuracy.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.
International shipping outside the EU may be available on a limited basis.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • EU orders: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may not be immediately visible.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient:

  • The order may be refunded excluding shipping costs, or

  • Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we will assist in investigating the issue, ShopCouturier.com is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers once the package has been handed over.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the package and contents.

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
